Refunds and cancellation

1. Try before you pay

Every new customer can start with a 15-day free trial, with no payment and no card, and only pay once they've used Kriya with their own leads. You can also skip the trial and subscribe straight away. If you do, please be sure Kriya suits you: the trial exists so that you never have to pay for something you haven't tried.

2. Cancelling a paid plan

  • You can cancel at any time by WhatsApp (62894 11910) or email (info@kriyasystems.in). If you pay through Razorpay auto-renewal, you can also cancel the mandate in your UPI app or bank.
  • Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
  • We confirm every cancellation in writing within one working day.

3. Refunds

  • Paid periods: payments for a month or year that has already started are not refundable, and we don't refund unused days of a period. The free trial is there so you can be sure before paying, especially before choosing a yearly plan.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days. We will refund the extra amount in full.
  • One-time services: the WhatsApp Business API setup (₹5,999 + GST), branded quotation design and custom features are one-time services. Once paid they are not refundable, including when paid during the free trial, because the work starts straight away. WhatsApp features need an active Pro plan to run.
  • If we can't provide the service: if we stop offering Kriya, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are started within 7 working days, to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take a further 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.

5. Your data after cancellation

You can export all your data at any time. After your plan ends, we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it. Ask us if you want it deleted sooner.
