Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Kriya, a customer relationship management (CRM) service available at kriyasystems.in and crm.kriyasystems.in. Kriya is operated by Akshay Mittal, sole proprietor, Flat 5G, 5-6 Hastings Park Road, Alipore, Kolkata 700027, West Bengal, India (GSTIN 19AHFPM9350F1Z4). "We", "us" and "our" mean the operator. "You" means the business or person using Kriya.

By starting a trial, paying for a plan or using Kriya, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Kriya is a web-based CRM for managing enquiries, contacts, follow-up tasks, pipelines and quotations. The Pro plan also includes an AI agent and WhatsApp messaging features. The features of each plan are listed on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time. We will not remove a core feature of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

2. Free trial

  • New customers can start with a 15-day free trial. No payment or card is needed to start. You can also subscribe straight away, without a trial.
  • Nothing is charged at the end of the trial unless you choose a paid plan and pay for it.
  • If you don't choose a plan, your account is paused at the end of the trial. You can ask us to export your data or delete it.

3. Plans, prices and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in Indian rupees. Prices are listed excluding GST, and 18% GST is added to every invoice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • If you choose automatic renewal (for example UPI AutoPay or a card mandate), you authorise us to charge the plan price on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice by WhatsApp or email before any price change. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
  • A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Details are in our refunds and cancellation policy.

5. Your data

  • The data you put into Kriya (contacts, notes, quotations, products and so on) belongs to you.
  • We access it only to run the service, to provide support you have asked for, or where the law requires it. We never sell it or use it for anyone else.
  • You can export your data at any time.
  • After cancellation or the end of a trial, we keep your data for 30 days so you can come back or export it. After that we delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login details safe, and make sure only people you authorise use your account.
  • Only add information about your customers that you are allowed to hold, and contact them in line with applicable law.
  • Don't use Kriya to send spam, break the law, or try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Kriya available and backed up, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is provided on WhatsApp and email during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST). Pro customers get priority support.

8. AI features

The AI agent suggests contacts, notes, tasks and summaries from what you type, say or upload. It can make mistakes, so please check important details. Content you send to the AI agent is processed by our AI provider only to produce the result, and is not used to train their models.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension

We may suspend an account that doesn't pay for a renewal, or that seriously breaks these terms. Where possible, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by WhatsApp or email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, have jurisdiction. Please talk to us first: most things can be sorted out in a conversation.
